Full Job Description

Job Summary

Evaluates and estimates daily assignments given to ensure time constraints are met for patient satisfaction.
Applies paint to small assignments when needed.
Performs some minor HVAC repairs when required.
Adheres to all NFPA and Life Safety measures OSHA guidelines.
Understands and knows how to read blue prints.
Prepares work surfaces and areas, removes some furniture equipment, shelving, and other items associated with maintenance to ensure repairs are made correctly.
Consistent at all times with teamwork and values of patients and organizational goals.
Provides written and oral information.
Additional duties as requested

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience
Valid Drivers License
Healthcare experience preferred
