Job Overview

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the property and ensuring all laundry needs are met with efficiency and care. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required by management
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality service

Requirements

Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or related hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong knowledge of laundry processes, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy linens or supplies, and perform repetitive tasks with precision
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively
A positive attitude dedicated to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
