Full Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our Hub Programs team. This role will support our pharmacy partners, including digital pharmacies, manufacturer hub programs, and hub-lite partners—by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of medication orders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and work collaboratively with pharmacists and team members to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately count, fulfill, and pack medication orders for pharmacy partners.
Support prescription processing, including data entry and pre-verification tasks.
Collaborate with a dedicated pharmacist to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment of all orders.
Participate in scheduled meetings with manufacturer partners to provide updates, discuss program performance, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain detailed records of prescription activity and documentation in applicable systems.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with problem solving and troubleshooting order-related issues.
Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Georgia required.
Minimum 1 year prior experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in specialty, hub, or mail-order settings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with technology and data entry systems.
Team-oriented with a strong commitment to patient and partner satisfaction.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with hub services, specialty medications, or digital pharmacy operations.
Familiarity with prescription benefit processes, prior authorization workflows, or patient assistance programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
