Position Title: Clinic Office Manager

Department: Samaritan Clinic

Reports To: Medical Director and Executive Director

Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and managing clinic staff. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to the clinic’s mission and values.

General Requirements

· Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality.

· Alignment with Samaritan Clinic’s values and ethical standards.

· Participation in ongoing education and professional development.

· Active involvement in scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.

· Adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Working Conditions

· Work is performed in a clinical healthcare environment.

· Potential exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials.

· Occasional high-stress situations related to patient care and staff management.

· Requires frequent interaction with patients, staff, and external partners.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Nursing, or related field required. (Preferred)

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare setting.

· Certifications: Current CPR certification required.
