The Role

If you're skilled in event coordination, candidate communication, administration, and stakeholder support, and are excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate and host virtual hiring events, webinars, and information sessions using platforms such as Webex and Microsoft Teams.
Use your communication and presentation skills to prepare candidate-facing presentations, training materials, and event resources.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and operations partners to ensure seamless event planning, scheduling, and execution.
Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey by providing guidance on hiring timelines, next steps, and pre-employment requirements.
Drive a positive candidate experience by managing attendee engagement, responding to inquiries, coordinating background checks, and ensuring timely follow-up activities.
Facilitate post-offer training sessions and onboarding-related activities for candidates who have received a Conditional Job Offer (CJO).
Coordinate candidate scheduling, travel arrangements, event logistics, and administrative activities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Support recruiting events from planning through execution, ensuring all required processes and documentation are completed successfully.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

Demonstrated ability in event coordination, candidate support, administrative operations, or recruiting coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to groups and facilitating virtual sessions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint), scheduling tools, and virtual meeting platforms such as Webex or Microsoft Teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and collaborative environment.
Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, event coordination, administration, customer service, or a related field.
Experience supporting onboarding, pre-employment activities, background checks, or training coordination.
Knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate lifecycle management.
Experience coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for events or training programs.
Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and creating welcoming candidate experiences.

Work Requirements

Onsite position with flexible scheduling.
Must be available to work 35–40 hours per week.
Flexibility to support hiring events, training sessions, and business needs as required.

Salary Range: $42,00-53,500 USD

U.S. LLC: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Performance Bonus.
