Full Job Description

We are hiring closers, not paper-pushers.

Prime Tax Funding is a fast-growing Texas property tax lender, and we are looking for one thing: someone who can close. If you can get a prospect on the phone, build trust fast, handle the pushback, and fund the deal, we will hand you qualified leads and the systems to work them, and we will pay you better than any salary could, with no ceiling.

This is a 100% commission-only, fully remote seat built for a hunter who wants to own their paycheck. We supply the leads and the infrastructure. You supply the drive to dial, follow up, and close. The harder and smarter you hunt, the more you make. That simple.

What you will actually do

Close. Work the leads we feed you, get people on the phone, work through objections, and fund loans.
Outwork the field. We hand you the leads. These borrowers are on public lists, which means every lender in Texas is chasing the same people. The deal goes to whoever calls first, follows up the most, and closes the hardest. That is the entire game, and we pay you to win it.
Own your pipeline from first call to funded, while our operations team handles the documentation, title coordination, and compliance behind you, so you stay on the phone instead of buried in admin.
Win on speed. These are time-sensitive deals where persistence and fast follow-up beat everyone else.

What we hand you so you can just sell

A steady flow of qualified leads.
A back office that carries the paperwork, processing, and compliance. This is not a clerical job. You sell, we handle the rest.
Full training on the product and the pitch. You do not need to know property tax lending on day one. You need to know how to close.
CRM, scripts, and tools to run at full speed.
Commission-only pay that is uncapped, with rates that climb as your volume grows, paid fast.
Real remote freedom. Work from anywhere, on your own hours. We count funded deals, not desk time.

Who you are

A closer first. You have a track record of hitting and beating sales targets, ideally in high-volume phone sales: lending, mortgage, solar, insurance, auto, timeshare, or anything where you live or die by your close rate.
Relentless on the phone. Cold calls do not rattle you, and a no just means on to the next one.
Money-motivated and competitive. You want commission only because you would rather bet on yourself than settle for a salary.
Self-driven. Remote with nobody watching is when you do your best work, not an excuse to coast.
Coachable. You take feedback and turn it into more closes.
Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.

Licensing
An active NMLS / RMLO license is a strong plus. If you are not licensed yet, you must be willing and able to get licensed quickly, and we will support and sponsor the right closer through it. We will tell you exactly what you need for the deals you will be working.

The money
Commission only, and uncapped. You earn on every loan you fund, paid at funding, and your commission rate climbs as your volume grows. The more you close, the higher your rate, with no cap. Solid producers can earn six figures. Top closers can earn well into the multiple six figures. Your income is a direct function of how hard and how smart you hunt. If you want a guaranteed salary and a quiet inbound queue, this is not your seat. If you want to control your own paycheck, it is.

This is a ground-floor seat at a company that is scaling fast. The closers who plant their flag now get first claim on the best leads, the biggest books, and the leadership seats as we grow.

How to apply
Do not just send a resume. In a sentence or two, tell us: the most cold calls you have made in a single day, your best sales month ever, and the deal you are proudest of closing. We read those first.
