ABOUT OUR FIRM

We are a Plaintiff's personal injury trial law firm built on precision and excellence. Every case we take on is prepared for trial, not just settlement. Our team handles high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases, and we're looking for a senior litigation paralegal who brings that same standard to their work.

We're not looking for average. We want A-players: self-starters, proactive problem-solvers, and professionals with stellar attention to detail who take ownership of their work and pride in getting it right the first time.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience on the plaintiff's personal injury side or the insurance defense side to support our attorneys from case initiation through verdict.

We want to be straightforward about that requirement, because it saves everyone time. This role calls for someone who already knows how an injury case is built and tried. Experience in other practice areas is genuinely valuable, but it is not what this role needs. If your background is in bankruptcy, debtor's rights, collections, or similar work, this particular role won't be the right fit, and we'd rather tell you now than after you've invested time in an application.

If you do have that PI or defense background, this role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, loves getting in the weeds and finding critical details, is organized and focused, and wants to be part of a team that prepares every file as if it's going to a jury.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, motions, and cover sheets via PeachCourt, Odyssey, or PACER/ECF
Preparing and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
Organizing discovery responses, trial exhibits, evidence, and witness files
Submitting Open Records Requests and managing litigation correspondence
Drafting and following up on waivers of service; coordinating with sheriffs or process servers
Docketing court deadlines and ensuring timely compliance with rules and scheduling orders
Coordinating with experts and medical offices on expert testimony and medical depositions
Drafting medical narratives, organizing records, and preparing demand packages
Supporting motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Maintaining communication with clients throughout the litigation process

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in plaintiff's personal injury or insurance defense (required). This is a strict requirement for this role.
Demonstrated ability to work a case from start to finish, including preparing discovery, exhibits, and evidence for trial
Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in legal studies, business, or a related field (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Word skills required
Proficiency with Adobe Pro
Proficiency with Mac and Apple iOS
Familiarity with PeachCourt, Odyssey, and PACER/ECF
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without micromanagement
Spanish fluency preferred, but not required

BENEFITS

Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000 base depending on experience, plus bonus. Negotiable for candidates who can hit the ground running. We pay top of market.
