Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in maintaining a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will oversee daily janitorial operations across various facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while managing schedules, training, and quality control. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
Train and mentor janitorial staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, adjusting as needed for operational demands.
Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment to optimize resources.
Address any operational issues promptly by providing guidance or escalating concerns to management.
Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and promoting professional development.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial or hospitality settings.
Strong background in cleaning techniques, including commercial cleaning standards and laundry operations.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and promote teamwork.
Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to custodial work and facility maintenance.
