Real Estate Agent Recruiter & Agent Support – VPR | UC Premier Properties

MUST have significant experience in the Real Estate Industry

Location:
Based in Georgia – Must be within 1-hour drive of Buford, GA or Duluth, GA
(Hybrid Role: In-office at least once weekly in Buford; travel to local satellite offices as needed)

We’re seeking a dynamic Real Estate Agent Recruiter & Agent Support Specialist to help us grow and elevate the experience of our agents statewide.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven individual with a background in real estate sales, recruiting, or brokerage operations to support our team and grow our agent base. This role is a mix of agent recruiting, onboarding, relationship management, CRM maintenance, and light marketing, focused on helping agents succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively recruit experienced and new real estate agents to VPR & UC Premier Properties
Conduct in-person and virtual recruiting consultations with prospective agents
Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and industry professionals
Provide onboarding and ongoing support to ensure agent satisfaction and retention
Maintain detailed records and workflows in our CRM
Assist with internal communications, agent recognition, and marketing campaigns
Represent the brand at networking events, training sessions, and team meetings
Drive to Buford office at least once per week; travel to nearby offices as needed

Qualifications:

Active Georgia Real Estate License required (Broker license preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales, recruiting, or brokerage operations
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with CRMs and basic marketing platforms
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Professional, positive, and personable demeanor
Must reside within 1-hour drive of Buford, GA and have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualities:

Previous recruiting or team-building experience in the real estate industry
Knowledge of agent compensation models and career development paths
Experience using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or similar marketing software
Passion for helping others succeed and being a resource to agents

Compensation:
Base salary + performance-based bonuses
(Compensation structure will be based on experience and results)
