We’re hiring a Wedding Planner — a powerhouse planner and confident closer who can deliver an amazing client experience while leading a growing team.
What You’ll Do
As a Rive Planner you’ll personally plan 10–30 weddings/year, help lead our team of planners. You’ll also be instrumental in shaping systems, setting the standard for client experience, and driving department growth.
Compensation
- $24/hr starting base pay
- $1 raise every 6 months based on good perfromance
Responsibilities
Wedding Planning & Client Experience
- Plan weddings (10–30/year)
- Build timelines, coordinate with vendors, and ensure flawless day-of execution
- Set the tone for communication, organization, and service
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of wedding planning experience
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent under pressure
- Natural leader and coach, energized by growth
- Based in Metro Atlanta and available for events in person
