CEB Fitness Holdings | Southeast Georgia Coach. Sell. Grow the program you'll own.
CEB Fitness Holdings operates five Anytime Fitness locations across Southeast Georgia, including Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, and Brunswick. We're looking for a driven, fitness-minded person who can do two things well: connect with members and sell, and coach a great session. This is a hands-on role — you're on the floor connecting with members, selling, and coaching every day.
If you know how to train, you're competitive, and you're comfortable asking for the sale, this is a chance to build something. You'll start by running the club floor, booking fitness consultations, and selling personal training — then grow that into a full coaching schedule as the program expands.
Role Overview
This is a Fitness Coach & Sales Consultant role — roughly a 50/50 blend of sales and coaching. In the early stage, the weight is on the sales and service side: greeting and building relationships with members, booking fitness consultations, and converting those consults into personal training. You'll run a light session load to start and grow it as you fill your book.
You must know how to work out and coach movement safely and confidently. No certification? No problem — we'll get you certified. Pass a basic fitness and movement assessment, and we'll put you through our company-paid certification quickly through our in-house process. Already a certified personal trainer? Even better — that real training background, your understanding of kinesiology and movement patterns, and your ability to coach effectively are a genuine asset here. What matters most is that you can lead a session, correct form, and make people feel taken care of. This role requires reliable transportation and flexibility to support more than one club location as needed.
This Role Is Perfect for Someone Who
- Has a real fitness background and knows how to train people, certified or not
- Already coaches friends, family, or themselves and wants to turn that passion into a real career
- Is ready to make fitness their profession and grow with the company
- Is competitive and motivated by hitting goals and getting paid to hit them
- Is comfortable making calls, sending texts, and asking for the sale
- Wants to build a personal training book inside an established club, not from scratch
- Is organized, reliable, and confident inside a CRM
- Wants coaching and sales in one role, without it being a desk job
What You'll Own
- Greeting members and keeping the club clean, professional, and tour-ready
- Booking fitness consultations from inbound and outbound leads
- Selling personal training and memberships through a proven, structured sales process
- Delivering safe, effective, high-energy one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Providing form correction and individualized adjustments
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and next steps within required timelines
- Supporting retention through reactivation calls and member engagement
- Growing your personal training schedule as the program builds
Requirements
- Strong understanding of functional movement and exercise fundamentals — a current personal training certification is a plus, but not required; we provide company-paid certification for the right person after a basic assessment
- Confident, professional communication — on the phone, by text, and in person
- Comfortable being measured by numbers and held to conversion benchmarks
- Organized and dependable inside a CRM
- Reliable transportation and willingness to support multiple locations as needed
- Punctual, coachable, and consistent
This Is NOT for You If
- You're uncomfortable selling or avoid phone and text follow-up
- You want a passive front-desk job
- You resist structured programming, feedback, or being measured
- You struggle with punctuality, organization, or reliability
- You'd rather build your own independent brand than plug into ours
Compensation
- W-2 employment
- Hourly rate between $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.
- Monthly sales bonuses based on total memberships and personal training sold, ranging from $100 up to $2,500 per month through our commission tiers
Goals and tiers are set monthly with your Regional Manager.
Full Time Benefits (after eligibility period)
- 401(k) with up to 5% company match (after 90 days, based on policy)
- Paid major holidays (after 90 days, based on policy)
- 1 week PTO (after 90 days, based on policy)
- Complimentary gym membership for you and a spouse/friend
- Paid training and professional development
Schedule
There are both full-time and part-time opportunities available. In the fitness industry, early mornings and later evenings are required. This role is a combination of mornings and afternoons depending on location needs, with flexibility as the training program grows.
How to Apply
Submit your resume and include:
- A brief summary of your fitness and coaching experience
- Your current certification, if you have one
- Your weekly availability
- Any sales experience you'd like us to know about
Life's too short to do work you don't love with people who don't challenge you. We're building a bench of high performers who can sell, coach, and lead at a high level. If that's you, we want to hear from you.
