Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Assist in planning daily menus and food prep schedules to meet service demands efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning to minimize waste.
Support other kitchen staff during busy service periods, collaborating seamlessly to deliver timely dishes.
Ensure all food preparation meets health regulations and safety standards at all times.
Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a dietary aide within a restaurant or food service setting.

Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
Experience working in fine dining environments or catering is highly desirable.
