Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative and become the vital link between clients and their insurance needs! In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional support to policyholders, assist with inquiries, and ensure smooth communication across multiple channels. Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing clear information about policies, claims, and billing.
Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and changes using effective communication skills and technical proficiency.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on claims, renewals, or customer satisfaction surveys to enhance client engagement.
Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client information.
Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
Handle cash transactions securely when processing payments or refunds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles within the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
Strong multilingual abilities are a plus, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages to serve a diverse clientele.
Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to promote products and services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and active listening.
Technical proficiency with computer systems, phone communication tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and experience handling outbound calling campaigns is advantageous.
