Join Our Team
Bone and Body Orthopedics & Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate Clinical Nurse (LPN) to become an integral member of our growing practice.
This is not a traditional nursing position. You will work directly with an experienced orthopedic surgeon using advanced treatments to help patients recover from sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, arthritis, and other chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
You will receive hands-on training in innovative therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), orthobiologic procedures, and therapeutic laser treatments. Every day is different, and every patient deserves individualized care.
If you enjoy learning new skills, building meaningful relationships with patients, and being part of an innovative, physician-led practice, we would love to meet you.
Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional patient care while creating a workplace where employees enjoy coming to work every day.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection for platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and other orthobiologic procedures.
- Prepare and process orthobiologic specimens according to protocol.
- Assist with therapeutic laser treatments for pain management and tissue healing.
- Prepare patients for in-office procedures.
- Assist the physician during office procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments.
- Educate patients regarding procedures and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies.
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from check-in through follow-up.
- Provide clinical support while the physician is caring for other patients and performing procedures.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Tennessee LPN license.
- Eligible for or willing to obtain Mississippi licensure within 60–90 days of hire.
- Excellent venipuncture and patient care skills, or a willingness to learn.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and treatment techniques.
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, or regenerative medicine experience is a plus, but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply. We are happy to train the right candidate.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience is valuable, but your attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine compassion for patients are even more important to us.
We are looking for someone who:
- Truly enjoys interacting with patients and helping them feel comfortable.
- Has a warm, caring, and positive personality.
- Is eager to learn and excited about developing new clinical skills.
- Takes initiative and enjoys being part of a growing practice.
- Is dependable, organized, and professional.
- Takes pride in providing exceptional patient care.
- Wants to build a long-term career in orthopedic, regenerative medicine, and wellness.
We believe technical skills can be taught. Kindness, integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to outstanding patient care are qualities that are much harder to teach—and those are the qualities we value most.
What We Expect From You
- Treat every patient with kindness, respect, and compassion.
- Be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Take pride in your work and maintain a high standard of patient care.
- Communicate openly and work collaboratively.
- Be willing to learn new skills and embrace innovative technologies.
- Take initiative and continuously look for ways to improve the patient experience.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and the highest ethical standards.
- Bring a positive attitude and help build an outstanding practice.
What You Can Expect From Us
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- A respectful, supportive, physician-led work environment.
- Direct mentorship and hands-on training from an experienced orthopedic surgeon.
- Training in regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, therapeutic laser treatments, and wellness services.
