Dermatology & Advanced Skin Care is a well-established, multi-doctor dermatology practice in the Ellicott City / Columbia area that is growing!

We are passionate about providing excellent medical services and know this takes a team effort where everyone counts.

Job Description

Work as a medical assistant for the dermatologists and Mohs surgeon including assisting with medical dermatology, cosmetic and surgery appointments.
Scribe for the providers and answer questions patients may have with guidance from the providers.
Work on administrative tasks including following up with patient clinical inquiries.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Be a team player! We work as a team, so everyone helps each other out to make every day great!

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills required.
Must like to juggle or multi-task! This is a busy office so you have to like to keep busy!
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable.

Job Type:

Full-time: Must be able to work shifts between 7:30am – 5:30pm
Pay range: $20-24/hr

Experience:

Experience working in a medical office setting is required.
Dermatology experience is preferred

Education:

High School Diploma (Required)

Licenses/Certifications:

Medical Assisting Certification (Preferred)
