Administrative Operations Lead (Part-Time) | Landscaping & Property Services

Location: East Valley, AZ

Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour

Employment Type: Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor

Riverview Property Services is a growing Arizona-based property maintenance and construction services company serving property owners and property management companies. We specialize in property maintenance, tree services, property cleanup, and construction support, with a focus on reliability, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

As we continue to grow, we are building the systems, processes, and team needed to scale efficiently while maintaining the high level of service our customers expect. We are looking for team members who are organized, proactive, and excited to make a meaningful impact in a growing business.

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Operations Lead who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily maintenance schedules
Communicate with customers regarding service updates
Coordinate vendors and material deliveries
Support maintenance invoicing
Organize operational documentation
Assist with construction scheduling
Visit job sites when needed for documentation and inspections
Work closely with the owner and field crews to keep projects moving efficiently
Socoial medai posting and sales content sharing

Qualifications

3+ years of operations experience
3+ years of scheduling experience
3+ years of customer service experience
2+ years in landscaping or construction
Experience with Excel and QuickBooks
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

Approximately 30 hours per week
Monday–Friday
Generally between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Occasional after-hours communication as needed

Compensation

$24.00–$30.00 per hour
Mileage reimbursement may be available for approved business travel
Opportunity to grow with the company as operations expand

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gilbert, AZ 85233
