Responsibilities

Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, patient check-ins, and medical records management using EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix.
Supervise healthcare staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and billing personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Oversee financial management tasks such as medical billing, budgeting, and ensuring accurate coding in compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate patient management software to streamline patient flow, appointment scheduling, and electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
Ensure adherence to health regulation policies like HIPAA compliance while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Support human resources functions including staff onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and managing HR documentation.
Handle medical administrative support tasks such as managing medical records, processing insurance claims, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a medical office setting with strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and records management.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams or administrative staff within a clinical environment.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
In-depth understanding of healthcare management practices including practice management, managed care, utilization management, and compliance standards like HIPAA.
Excellent managerial communication skills combined with customer service expertise to support both staff and patients effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
