Position Summary:

As a Project Manager 2 at Interior Services, you will be the key driver in delivering high-quality window covering solutions across a diverse range of projects. From initial planning to final installation, you will oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle, ensuring excellence and client satisfaction. Your role will involve close collaboration with a dedicated team, including a specialized superintendent and installers, to ensure seamless execution and superior results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring clear objectives and achievable milestones.
Submittal Excellence: Oversee the submittal process, including document preparation, client communication, and feedback management, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proactive Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet installation dates and addressing any issues promptly.
Efficient Budget Management: Track project budgets for materials and installation, maximizing profitability while managing costs effectively.
Seamless Installation Oversight: Coordinate installation activities, ensuring the field team has the correct materials and information for successful execution.
Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents to ensure precise implementation and compliance with design requirements.
Advanced Project Measurement: Accurately measure projects to manage material costs and meet deadlines, ensuring high-quality installations.

Work Schedule:

Compensation:

Salary: $72,800 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. This is a salaried position.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably in the window coverings industry or a related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
