We Are Hiring Now. The Right Trainer Starts This Month.

LUXE Health Club is Scottsdale's private, appointment-only training club, and we are ready to bring on our next exceptional trainer immediately.

This is not a big-box gym role. You will not chase floor traffic, pay rent for space, or build a book from zero. You step into an established premium brand with real demand, a strong reputation, and a team that genuinely invests in your growth.

We are hiring a career-focused personal trainer who specializes in body recomposition, fat loss, weight loss, and lean muscle building, with an emphasis on injury prevention, longevity, and sustainable health. This is not a bodybuilding or sports performance role. You must currently be employed and actively training clients one-on-one, as this is a serious career move, not a side job or hobby.

What You Will Do

Deliver exceptional one-on-one, 60-minute personal training sessions
Take on qualified new clients and support select existing clientele
Design customized programs for fat loss, body composition, lean muscle, mobility, strength, and overall health
Adapt training for injuries, orthopedic limitations, restricted mobility, chronic illness, and age-related needs
Coach clients on the nutrition and lifestyle habits that support sustainable, long-term results
Maintain a premium client experience in person, by phone, by email, and by text
Build trust, accountability, consistency, and lasting results with every client

You are more than a trainer. You are polished, punctual, organized, fit, and genuinely client-focused. You communicate clearly, respond quickly, and make clients feel confident, cared for, and accountable.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of one-on-one, in-person personal training experience
This role is for current working personal trainers only. You must currently be training clients one-on-one and be serious about building a long-term career in the fitness industry. Our goal is to help you grow into a full-timer personal trainer, and we want someone who wants exactly that. If you are looking for a side gig or are not fully committed to that level, please do not apply.
4-year bachelor's degree preferred; exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
Current nationally recognized certification such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, or an active CSCS
Current CPR/AED certification
Professional liability insurance, or the ability to obtain it before onboarding
Experience working with adults across a wide age range, including ages 40 to 80
Experience programming for clients with injuries, physical limitations, or chronic conditions
Strong understanding of nutrition for fat loss, body composition, and long-term health
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of urgency
Clean, professional presentation and exceptional reliability
Reliable transportation for Scottsdale and nearby in-home sessions
Availability Monday through Friday, with a strong preference for trainers who can work mornings
Must live in Arizona, within a 20-minute drive of 5895 N Granite Reef Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85250

Compensation

$50 to $100 per hour for one-on-one personal training, based on your experience, credentials, professionalism, client retention, results, and overall contribution. Along with a tiered structure that rewards strong performance, we offer performance-based incentives and a clear path to grow your earnings as you grow with us.

Please note that hours are not guaranteed. This is an independent contractor role where you build and manage your own client base with our support.

Already have a roster of clients? LUXE will work with you to bring your existing clients to train at our private Scottsdale location. And unlike most training environments, our trainers never pay monthly rent for space.
