We're looking for confident, energetic creators who can educate, entertain, and sell products through TikTok LIVE.
Position Overview
As a TikTok LIVE Sales Host & Moderator, you'll represent a variety of ecommerce brands by hosting live shopping events, interacting with viewers, demonstrating products, answering questions, and helping convert viewers into customers. You'll play a key role in helping brands grow through the power of live commerce.
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok LIVE shopping events for Brand 360 Agency clients
- Demonstrate products in an engaging and authentic way
- Keep viewers entertained and actively engaged throughout each livestream
- Answer customer questions in real time
- Moderate comments and maintain a positive live environment
- Pin featured products and promotions during LIVE sessions
- Encourage viewers to make purchases using effective sales techniques
- Learn product features and brand messaging before each livestream
- Collaborate with producers and marketing teams to prepare for LIVE events
- Represent Brand 360 Agency and its clients professionally

Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with TikTok LIVE or livestream selling is a plus
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop is preferred
- Ability to multitask while engaging with viewers
- Reliable internet connection and professional presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing TikTok audience
- Shopify knowledge
- Experience with Amazon Live, Whatnot, or Instagram Live
- UGC creator experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $20–$40 per hour (based on experience)
- Commission: 5–10% of attributed LIVE sales
Compensation is based on experience, sales performance, and the brands you represent.
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Typical LIVE sessions range from 2–4 hours
Professional equipment will be provided for creators working from our studio.
