Full Job Description

Healthy Futures is a long‑standing, clinician‑led, non‑corporate Eating Disorder IOP and outpatient facility seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Provider / Primary Therapist to join our collaborative, trauma‑informed team. We provide high‑quality, compassionate care for adolescents, adults, and families across the eating disorder spectrum. About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Provider at Healthy Futures, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, regularly contributing to case conceptualization, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical decision‑making. This role includes providing individual therapy, process groups, DBT groups, meal support, and family therapy for clients in both IOP and OP levels of care.

We offer a hybrid model with both virtual and in‑person services. Group programming occurs on weekday mornings and evenings—no weekend groups. Providers set their own weekly availability for individual sessions. This specific role we are hiring for is Primarily in person, with some minimal virtual flexibility.

We are a gender‑inclusive facility and value providers who bring warmth, flexibility, and strong clinical judgment to the complexities of eating disorder treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy for eating disorders, including modalities such as DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma‑informed approaches, and somatic‑aware interventions.
Facilitate group therapy (process, DBT skills), meal support, and psychoeducation groups for IOP clients.
Provide regular individual therapy for IOP and OP clients, adjusting care as needed to address food, body, and weight‑related behaviors.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team for case consultation, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
Engage families in the treatment process through family therapy, parent support, and care coordination.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and program standards.
Participate in case management tasks including referrals, coordination with outside providers, and supporting clients through the recovery process.
Contribute to a positive, stable, and clinically grounded team culture.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
Licensed or license‑eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
Seeking: Prior experience treating eating disorders at the IOP level or higher.
Strong understanding of trauma‑informed care and co‑occurring mental health conditions.
Experience facilitating group therapy; DBT experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Comfort with hybrid service delivery (in‑person + telehealth).
Warm, grounded, flexible clinical presence with strong boundaries and communication skills.
