We're growing our team in Mesa, AZ, and we're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about leadership, patient care, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient.

One of the things that sets us apart is that our Office Managers focus on patients—not billing. We have a dedicated in-house billing team that handles insurance billing and collections, allowing you to spend your time leading the front office, supporting our doctors and clinical team, and helping patients receive the care they need.

What You'll Do

Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in to treatment completion
Manage scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency
Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
Present treatment plans confidently and educate patients on their care options
Utilize your dental insurance expertise to help patients understand and maximize their benefits
Monitor office production and collections goals
Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and overdue hygiene appointments
Support doctors and team members in maintaining a positive, efficient, and high-performing office
Help foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence

Experience managing or leading a dental office
Expert knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation
Strong communication and organizational skills
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
