HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
- You will serve as a business partner to assigned programs and leaders, providing employee relations expertise, policy interpretation, culture program execution, and workforce insights that support organizational effectiveness.
- You will manage employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate corrective actions, support termination decisions, and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen workplace culture, mitigate employee relations risk, improve employee experience, and drive informed decision-making through reporting and analysis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education/Background:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, or similar field preferred
- 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered to meet the qualifications of this role
- SHRM-CP, PHR certification required
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred
- Active/valid driver’s license required
Other Requirements
- Experience and commitment to working with multiethnic, multicultural, low-income populations
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft teams)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Proven ability to follow up and meet deadlines
- Excellent initiative, flexibility, and stress-management in handling sensitive matters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate to balance many responsibilities
