Our brand is growing throughout the valley, and we are looking for individuals with prior kitchen experience and leaders in the restaurant industry. Are you looking to grow with an amazing concept? WE ARE GROWING and hiring Top Performing Managers with strong kitchen knowledge. Our highly successful concept is simple and our limited menu is very efficient.

Responsibilities

Coordinate a team culture within the brand, bring a positive energy to the team environment
Provide excellent hospitality to all guests
Recruit, select and develop talented team members
Oversee the food quality daily
Placing orders within the food budget
Comply with health dept standards
Control costs at a store level
Forecast sales and write schedules based on labor budgets
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. special offers and social media)
Train new and current team members to provide outstanding guest service
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Skills

Organized and detailed focus
2-3 year management experience
Ability to oversee restaurant operations
Computer knowledge
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Understanding financials (P&L)
