About RGB Halo Kits
RGB Halo Kits is a fast-growing automotive lighting company specializing in multicolor LED lighting upgrades for cars and trucks. We design and sell custom headlights, LED halo kits, DRL boards, underglow kits, and other performance lighting products used by automotive enthusiasts and professional installers across the country.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined team member to join our operations team in Gilbert, AZ.
This role starts with hands-on headlight assembly, product preparation, and operations support. For the right person, this role may grow into additional responsibilities such as product documentation, install guide support, order fulfillment, and customer support assistance as product knowledge develops.
What You’ll DoHeadlight Assembly
- Assemble custom multicolor headlights and LED lighting products
- Install halo rings, DRL boards, and wiring components
- Perform quality control inspections on completed builds
- Follow internal build guides and assembly procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized build workspace
Operations & Fulfillment Support
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Verify product contents and kit components
- Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, and USPS
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking
- Help keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Product Documentation & Install Guide Support
As you learn our products and processes, you may also assist with:
- Taking photos or videos during product builds and installs
- Documenting wiring steps, product details, and installation notes
- Helping create or improve install guides and internal product resources
- Identifying common customer questions that need clearer instructions
- Working with the team to improve product knowledge and support materials
Product Knowledge Development
As experience grows, team members may also assist with:
- Troubleshooting product issues internally
- Answering basic product questions
- Helping support staff identify components
- Reviewing returned items or warranty products
Our goal is to train well-rounded product specialists who understand our products from the inside out.

This role may be part-time or full-time depending on candidate fit, experience, availability, and company needs.
Team members who demonstrate strong product knowledge, reliability, attention to detail, and communication skills may have the opportunity to grow into expanded roles involving order fulfillment, product documentation, installation guide creation, product support, or customer troubleshooting.
Our best support specialists are those who have hands-on experience with our products first.

- Automotive lighting, wiring, car audio, electronics, warehouse, or car modification experience is a plus but not required
No prior headlight-building experience is required if you are hands-on, coachable, and willing to learn.
Work Environment
This is an in-person position based in Gilbert, AZ.
Work includes:

- Helping document products, builds, and installation processes as needed

Compensation
Pay is $20 – $22 per hour, depending on experience.
Entry-level candidates typically start in the lower part of the range while they learn the products and assembly processes. Team members who demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, product knowledge, and additional abilities such as documentation or support assistance may progress toward the top of the pay range and take on expanded responsibilities.

Schedule
