Plastic Surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team!

Description

Arizona Ocular & Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy oculofacial plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, ophthalmology, or similar specialty clinic.

Duties will include oversight of the front office staff, medical assistants and surgery schedulers; billing and collections; bookkeeping; credentialing; HR - including interviewing, hiring, terminating and evaluating employees; payroll monitoring; managing the office calendar and employee schedules; solving issues relating to workflow and procedural matters; providing office coverage as needed

Skills

Proven work experience as a medical office manager
Critical thinker and problem solver
Self Motivated
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Communication skills and a customer service orientation

Candidates with experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and/or Ophthalmology will be strongly considered.

Practice hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Salary is competitive and will be based upon experience. The salary range starts at $60,000 per year and can increase depending on years of past experience and by receiving a percentage of collections if the manager takes on billing responsibilities.
