We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at the Gilmanton Winery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, oversee all kitchen operations, and craft exceptional menus that delight our guests. As the driving force behind our food service, you will inspire creativity, ensure impeccable food quality, and maintain a vibrant, efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining high-quality ingredients and flavor profiles.
Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
Oversee inventory control and food cost management to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all food handling processes.

Experience

Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food production techniques, and kitchen management systems.
Prior roles involving hospitality services such as catering or large-scale event planning are highly desirable.
