Lubricant Delivery Driver (CDL B) Job Summary

Shell & Whitmore Reliability Solutions (SWRS) is seeking a dependable Lubricant Delivery Driver to manage the safe and accurate delivery of bulk and packaged lubricant products to our mining and industrial partners. Based out of our Gillette facility, this role is critical to maintaining our "GOAL ZERO" safety standards and ensuring operational excellence from the warehouse to the customer site.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles (CDL required) to transport lubricants to various customer locations.
Product Transfer: Perform pumping and product transfers into customer equipment and tanks while following strict safety and efficiency procedures.
Safety Leadership: Adhere to MSHA, DOT, and site-specific safety requirements, including pre-task risk assessments and proper PPE usage.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate DOT logbooks and delivery records to ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
Warehouse Support: Operate forklifts to load, unload, and stage inventory; assist with stock rotation and general warehouse organization.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization for all delivery vehicles and facility areas according to 5S standards.
Customer Representation: Act as a professional frontline representative, answering basic product questions and building long-term client trust.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Licensing: Class B CDL with Air Brake endorsement (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Certifications: MSHA certification (or ability to obtain) is preferred; working knowledge of mining operations is a plus.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, high accountability, and the ability to work independently in remote environments.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Subject to changing field conditions and customer needs).
Location: Reports to the Operations Manager in Gillette, WY.
