This is an entry-level sales position — no previous sales or insurance experience is required, and we provide complete, paid training to set you up for success. Bilingual candidates, especially those who speak Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply, as Spanish language skills are a valuable asset in serving our growing Spanish-speaking client base.

Income Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00+ Year 1 income potential based on performance. Higher income levels are attainable with sustained performance.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Sales experience, preferred but not required - Training provided.
Current Property & Casualty plus Life, Health and Annuities license, or willingness to obtain prior to starting. We cover the cost of your required pre-licensing course; studying for the exam is typically completed independently before you're hired.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
