Job Summary
Patterson Nissan is searching for an Payroll, Human Resources and Accounts Payable Clerk. Patterson has an excellent reputation for conducting it's business activities with honesty, fairness, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions related to payroll, human resources, vendor payments and expenses. Must ensure that payroll and all bills are paid efficiently and and on time, providing administrative and clerical support to the accounting department.
Must be able to post journal entries, run and clean schedules efficiently.
A team player - one that can interact in a professional manner with Management and willing to work alongside the rest of the Accounting Department staff to ensure efficient processes are streamlined.
Trainable - Willingness and desire to learn and grow.

Skills

Reynolds and Reynolds DMS system experience is a strong asset.
Proficient in math for accurate entries and calculations.
Accuracy in payment processing for all vendor transactions.
Multi-tasker - one who has the ability to organize, prioritize and possesses strong time management skills.
