Needed Wednesday through Sunday: 3pm-10pm
REQUIRED: MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager Fast Food Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards across all kitchen stations
Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to minimize waste and optimize costs
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of each shift
Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and safety protocols to enhance team performance
Monitor restaurant financials by managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and controlling expenses to meet profitability goals
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, catering events, banquets, or special promotions as needed

Requirements:

Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively in a fast-paced setting
Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a hospitality context
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform shift management efficiently
Familiarity with kitchen management practices including food handling and food production processes
Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates, team training, and resolving guest concerns
