NCI Affiliates, Inc. is a local nonprofit agency with a 50-year history of serving the Central Coast. We are dedicated to providing services that encourage and support individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Case Coordinator for our Supported Employment Program. In this role, you will be responsible for case management and program supervision of your assigned caseload, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. This is a management position and has subordinates.

Required Skills and Experience

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (driving is required for this position)
Ability to pass a LiveScan background check
Patience, compassion, and the ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be organized, multi-task, and prioritize
Computer and technology skills/knowledge
Bi-lingual preferred, but not required

The anticipated hiring salary for this full-time position is $25 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide continuous instruction and support for individuals
Maintain staff/client daily schedule
Attend meetings related to matters impacting the design or change of services for individuals served.
Instruct individuals on achieving and maintaining adaptive skills and suitable behaviors.
Adhere to Title 22 guidelines
