Full Job Description

Job Summary

This is a key administrative and accounting position within Castro Plumbing. We are looking for someone who understands the construction industry and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day office operations, project accounting, contract administration, billing, payroll, union reporting, and certified payroll.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work closely with both office and field personnel in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and support company operations
Assist with project accounting and contract administration
Handle billing, accounts receivable, and collections
Assist with job costing and project financial tracking
Process and coordinate payroll
Prepare and manage union reporting
Prepare and submit certified payroll and prevailing-wage documentation
Assist with OCIP administration and related compliance requirements
Coordinate with project managers and field personnel
Communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders
Coordinate service requests and work orders
Help document and improve internal processes and procedures
Assist with staff coordination and general operational needs
Perform other administrative and accounting duties as needed

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
