About the Role

The Gilroy Branch Manager leads day-to-day operations, team performance, and customer experience for our Gilroy dealership. You’ll coordinate across Rental, Parts, Service, and Store Operations to maintain high standards for workflow efficiency, facility presentation, and customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and supporting customers who rely on their equipment every day.

What You’ll Do: Store Management & Leadership

Oversee daily dealership operations to ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Manage schedules, time-off requests, and timesheet approvals.
Conduct quarterly conversations and annual performance reviews.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve.
Oversee all parts staff and ensure all quality and performance standards are being met

Service Department Oversight

Supervise service technicians and manage daily workflow.
Respond to online and phone service requests.
Oversee service scheduling to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
Create repair orders and support the service point-of-sale process.
Ensure warranty documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
Prepare timely, accurate service quotes.
Maintain shop organization and monitor technician efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of dealership, equipment, or operations experience (preferred).
Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
Strong working knowledge of parts and service operations.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
Customer-service-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

Experience in equipment dealerships or similar industrial environments.
Background in operational leadership or multi-department management.
Familiarity with warranty processing or service workflow optimization.
