Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of various operating systems and network environments.

What will the Help Desk Support do?

Handle new employee onboarding and turnover.
Create and maintain documentation for projects, training, and knowledge base.
Provide technical support for resolving laptop and iPhone issues for local and remote employees.
Evaluate and analyze system problems and user requests.
Build and configure IT equipment for specific users.
Install application software.
Support printers and other peripherals.
Support and Configure iOS devices using MDM.
Apply security updates and patches for all servers and equipment on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate inventory.
Run basic reports and find user and equipment related information as needed.
Perform basic first level security scans and cleanups of equipment to verify any security concerns.
Monitor servers and network equipment proactively and act on alerts.
Prioritize and escalate items as appropriate.
Quick paced, able to adapt to constant change and new technologies or procedures.

Who Qualifies for the Help Desk Support?

Experience with Microsoft and ManageEngine based technologies.
Experience with IT Support and Help Desk.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with a highly structured environment with multiple layers of security controls and policies.
Ability to maintain and promote IT Security emphasis.

What hours will the Help Desk work?

· 8AM-5PM M-F

· Onsite

How much will you earn?

· Pay is $33.00-$38.00 per hour
