Who We Are
At RS Display, we believe that when talented individuals work together with trust, creativity, and a shared commitment to the outcome, the result is more than a display or exhibit—it's something everyone involved can be proud of. We believe every project is an opportunity to create something worth talking about.
While valuable, skills and experience are not the primary predictors of success at RS Display. We can teach systems and processes, but cannot teach the character qualities that align with our culture, vision, and values.
RS Display is built on three simple principles: Own the Outcome. Build Relationships. Create Together.
Own the Outcome
We believe in taking responsibility for results—not just completing assigned tasks. We value employees who take ownership of what's in front of them, while remaining accountable for the success of the finished product. You will excel at RS Display if you take pride in your work, follow through on commitments, and consistently seek solutions.
Build Relationships
At its core, RS Display is built on trust and relationships, not transactions. We prioritize long-term partnerships with our clients, vendors, and employees by treating people with respect, communicating openly, and acting with integrity. We believe every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen our reputation.
Create Together
Great things happen when talented people work together towards a common goal. We take our commitments seriously, but we also believe work should be rewarding, collaborative, and fun. We celebrate successes, tackle challenges as a team, and foster an environment where everyone can do their best work.
With that in mind, here are some of the key skills and experience we’re looking for, as well as primary responsibilities of an Installation Technician.
