About us

The founders of Developmental Services and Care (DSC) have a strong track record of serving individuals with disabilities and their families across various communities. Throughout their careers, our founders have identified common gaps in services and have discerned areas of improvement in business and management practices. Driven by a passion to address these issues and enhance community support, DSC was established to bridge those gaps and provide a quality services to those in need.

Are you passionate about delivering meaningful services to individuals and families? Are you seeking a workplace that is values-based? DSC is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Vancouver, WA to supervise and participate in ABA programming. A Clinical Supervisor is expected to work directly with clients and staff members to ensure impactful treatment. DSC encourages Clinical Supervisors to work together and share insights about effective strategies and productive behaviors.

Must have an active BCBA or BCaBA certification; having a Washington LBA/LABA license is a plus.

Salary is dependent on credentials and experience and will be determined within the posted range.

Responsibilities:

Model agency values at all times

Promote a supportive work environment with all colleagues

Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet client/family needs

Complete intakes and assessment for assigned clients

Develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to the needs, goals and objectives of the client

Train Behavior Technicians (BT) to implement the individualized plan

Supervise designated BTs a minimum of 5% ratio of their total hours worked per month

Review clinical documentation with trainees or interns as part of the supervision process

Review case notes and treatment plan data collected by the Behavior Technicians

Implement the treatment plan with client and family as needed

Fully document each observation and maintain documentation in the confidential client file

Hybrid remote position up to 50% of the time

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a background check consistent with 43.43 RCW 

Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification

(Preferred ) 2+ years assessing, developing and implementing treatment plans

(Preferred ) 2+ years training and managing direct staff and supervisors

(Preferred ) 2+ years developing teaching strategies

(Preferred ) 2+ years working with groups of children

Ability to attain a Safety Care Specialist Certification; training will be provided by DSC

Ability to lift 40 lbs 

Experience with approaches to social skills intervention

Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 

Ability to utilize fax, phone systems, and other office technologies as necessary for the position  

Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, and emails  

Current on all required trainings/certifications (e.g. First Aid, CPR, and Board Certification)
