Your Role & Purpose

At Alliance Counseling, our therapists play a vital role in helping Kentuckians of all ages find healing, resilience, and hope. You’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment that values integrity, inclusion, and clinical excellence.

Whether your passion lies in working with children, families, or adults navigating life transitions, you’ll find meaningful work and a team that supports your professional growth every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, families, couples, and/or groups
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Support clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, grief, and life adjustments
Deliver care in outpatient settings, via telehealth, or in community-based settings (including homes or assisted living facilities, where applicable)
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal teams to provide coordinated, holistic support
Maintain accurate documentation in our secure, user-friendly EHR system
Participate in ongoing training and apply evidence-based practices

Where You’ll Work

Positions available in Bowling Green, Glasgow, Edmonton, and Tompkinsville, Kentucky
In-office, telehealth, and community-based opportunities available
Flexible schedules and full-time availability

✅ What You’ll Need

Active Kentucky licensure: LPCA/LPCC, CSW/LCSW, LMFT, MFT, LPA, or LPP
Passion for providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care
Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in both field and clinic settings
Experience with specific populations (children, families, adults, or older adults) is a plus
