· Develop and maintain client referral sources and the associated database

· Generate customer leads/referrals following our proven sales process

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with your referral source

· Effectively convert prospects into clients

· Promote (company name) Home Health Care services to new and existing referral sources

· Effectively and professionally plan sales meetings and activities through phone and email while maximizing time efficiency

· Meet sales objectives, document appointments, and provide weekly activity KPI reports

· Use effective NETWORKING strategies to generate referral relationship meetings
