Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in managing the front office operations, providing administrative support, and maintaining an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments
Maintain an organized filing system for records and documents.
Utilize office software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks, to manage daily tasks.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and correspondence.
Provide support to medical staff as a medical receptionist when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with office management software and tools, including QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and record keeping.
Experience in proofreading documents for clarity and correctness is beneficial.
Background as a personal assistant or in medical reception is a plus.
