Full Job Description

Summary of Position:
Bring your heart to House of Refuge and join a team that is motivated to bring Glory to God through offering hope and stabilization to our Residents. The Women's Program Manager is responsible for oversight and support for all aspects of resident programming and volunteer coordination, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and resident progress within the program.

Essential Job Duties:

Oversight of all resident mandatory programming classes
Supervises and supports programming staff and volunteers
Performs pre-screens and interviews with potential residents
Ensures proper intake and move ins, including required paperwork
Handles all involuntary exits of delinquent residents
Performs House Checks
Performs Drug Screens
Provides oversight for volunteers on program class evenings
Supports resident to resident interactions
Supports Residents in their overall progress in the Program
Meets regularly with the Case Manager for overall care of each resident
Reports, manages and documents all property work orders
Provides oversight to volunteers who are on property serving during program nights
Participates in regular care team meetings to review resident progress and identify next steps

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management position
Flexible hours and schedule.
Must be able to work 2-3 evenings/ week
Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
While not required, experience in behavioral health or Christian nonprofit program settings is highly valued and considered a strong asset

Other Qualifications

Preferred Degree or 2-3 years' experience in in Social Work, Behavioral Heath, Case Management
Strong walk in Christian faith and lives a Biblical Life and be willing to agree with and abide by the ministry’s Statement of Beliefs.

Job Type: Full-Time Salary (30-40 hours/week)

Pay: $19-$21 per hour to start

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
2-3 Evening Shifts
