IVIG Account Executive

Phoenix, AZ

Salary: Up to $200,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Outstanding Benefits

Join a Growing Leader in Specialty Pharmacy & Home Infusion

Are you a successful IVIG Account Executive with an established network of neurologists, immunologists, rheumatologists and infusion providers across the Phoenix, AZ, market?

We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing specialty pharmacy seeking an experienced sales professional to expand its IVIG therapy services throughout the Phoenix territory. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with an excellent reputation for patient care, strong operational support and significant growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and grow referral relationships with neurologists, immunologists, rheumatologists, hospitals and infusion centres.
Promote IVIG therapy solutions and expand market share across the Phoenix territory.
Identify new referral opportunities and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Educate healthcare providers on IVIG therapies, patient support services and reimbursement pathways.
Collaborate closely with pharmacy, intake and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Develop strategic territory business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline management through CRM systems.
Represent the organisation professionally at meetings, events and customer visits throughout the territory.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

At least 3 years of direct IVIG sales experience with an existing book of business.
An established network of referral sources within the Phoenix market.
Strong relationships with neurologists, immunologists, rheumatologists, hospitals and infusion providers.
A thorough understanding of the IVIG patient journey and specialty pharmacy reimbursement.
A proven history of growing territories and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work independently in a remote, field-based sales role.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
