Full Job Description

SUMMARY

Under administrative direction of the HR Manager, performs duties at the professional level and provides support in the following functional areas: corporate receptionist, performs related duties as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for receptionist duties, ensuring excellent customer service, cheerful and welcoming presence is displayed.
Responsible for answering the OakCraft phones and greeting the customers. Ensuring that customers are directed to the appropriate team member, providing excellent customer service.
Ensures that all documents are completed, copied, and prepared, to include Employee Handbooks, New Hire packets, etc.
Creates new employee’s files, creates labels, and ID badges
Responsiblesponsibly update a bulletin board, organize the information logically, remove outdated content, and use clear headings
Responsible for inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies
Maintaining the ordering of uniforms, and t-shirts, and special orders, and maintain tracker updated
Responsible for employee file maintenance, ensuring documents are filed timely
Design eye-catching flyers to promote events, safety tips, etc.
Translate documents and other materials as needed.
Supports Human Resources Department with special projects as needed.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to human resources responsibilities.
Completes administrative tasks which may include preparing documents, copying, faxing and making/receiving organization-related telephone calls.
Willingness to assist the company, other departments, colleagues and employees with other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, skill and ability to maintain corporate reception area, to include greeting visitors, maintaining an appealing lobby area and answering multiline telephone system with a cheerful and welcoming personality.
Ability to show initiative and proactively seek out special projects, not waiting to be told.
Ability to show creativity and innovation in communication and special projects.
Ability to work effectively with others and to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work under stringent deadlines and handle issues which develop unexpectedly.
Ability to multi-task, work with multiple priorities and interruptions.
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience and ability.
Ability to work effectively with others.
Skill in the operation of a personal computer.
Bilingual in Spanish

Job Type: Part-time
