Position Summary
The Fitness Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience while growing studio membership through relationship building, lead follow-up, membership sales, and outstanding customer service.
This role combines fitness sales, customer service, front desk operations, community outreach, and member engagement.
What You'll Do
Membership Sales
- Book prospective members into complimentary Intro Classes
- Conduct membership consultations
- Recommend memberships based on each client's goals
- Convert prospects into members
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Generate retail and wellness sales opportunities
Lead Management
- Follow up with prospective members by phone, text, email, and Club Ready software
- Build relationships throughout the sales process
- Answer questions and overcome objections
- Maintain accurate client records
Customer Experience
- Welcome every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build meaningful relationships with members
- Assist members with scheduling, memberships, and account questions
- Create a welcoming, inclusive studio environment
Studio Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized studio
- Restock retail merchandise and studio supplies
- Support community events, health fairs, grand openings, and marketing initiatives
- Learn and utilize ClubReady software
- Assist with daily studio operations
