Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, where your passion for health and wellness will inspire clients on their journey toward optimal well-being. In this role, you will deliver personalized holistic care plans, provide emotional and behavioral support, and empower individuals to achieve their health goals through evidence-based strategies. Your expertise will help foster a positive, motivating environment that promotes lasting lifestyle changes and overall wellness. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s unique health needs and goals
Conduct wellness assessments, including lifestyle counseling, nutritional guidance, and behavioral health evaluations
Provide emotional support and motivation to clients, fostering a trusting rapport and encouraging sustained engagement
Utilize coaching techniques such as motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies to promote healthy habits
Lead group classes or individual sessions in yoga, fitness, or wellness coaching via in-person or video conferencing software
Ensure client safety by maintaining current certifications in first aid, basic life support (BLS), and AED operation
Maintain detailed records of client progress, care plans, and session notes with strong organizational skills

Requirements

Proven experience in health & wellness coaching, personal training, or related fields such as gym or health club experience
Knowledge of nutrition, weight loss strategies, and lifestyle counseling techniques
Certification or training in coaching methods including motivational interviewing and behavioral health approaches
Ability to build strong client rapport through effective communication and empathetic listening
Proficiency with video conferencing software for remote sessions and virtual coaching environments
Current certifications in first aid, basic life support (BLS), and AED operation required for safety compliance
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate documentation
Passion for promoting holistic health practices such as yoga, behavior change strategies, and wellness education
