We’re a fast-growing in-home personal chef service serving clients across the Greater Phoenix area. We specialize in customized weekly meal prep made right in the client’s kitchen — no subscriptions, no kits, no cleanup for them — just real food, real service, and real satisfaction.
Our clients range from busy professionals and families to retirees and health-conscious food lovers. If you love cooking from scratch, adapting to dietary needs, and want more freedom in your schedule, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Create personalized menus based on client preferences and dietary needs
- Cook meals from scratch in the client’s home (meal prep-style)
- Adapt recipes for dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with clients to build lasting relationships
- Track grocery needs and menus using Google Drive & email
- Leave the kitchen spotless and meals beautifully packaged
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Proven culinary experience (personal chef, catering, or restaurant)
- Strong cooking fundamentals and ability to cook independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- ServSafe or Maricopa County Food Handler Card (or willing to get)
- Food liability insurance (can be obtained upon hire)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with dietary-specific cooking (paleo, keto, vegetarian, Whole30, etc.)
- Culinary degree or certificate
- Friendly and professional personality — someone clients enjoy welcoming into their home
What You’ll Get:
- Flexible scheduling — set your own availability
- Piece-rate pay averaging $23–$35/hr, depending on number of meals cooked and efficiency
- Paid per cook day — no time clock, no double shifts

- Opportunities for special event gigs, private dinners, and client tips
Schedule:
- You pick how many hours you want
- 25-40+ hours/week
- Most shifts fall between 9 AM and 6 PM, with high demand on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
- Independent Contractor (1099) position
Service Areas:
The entire Valley, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Peoria, Surprise, Queen Creek, and surrounding areas.
