Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and ensuring smooth operations within our dental office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental terminology, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the office.
- Manage incoming calls and taking messages when required.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the dental professionals.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, ensuring accuracy in records.
- Assist with filing and organizing patient records in compliance with health information management standards.
- Collect payment at time of service and provide support with coding as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance.
-Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and address any immediate needs.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a Dental Office is required.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and coding practices is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using office management software and phone systems to streamline operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients.
