Senior WordPress Developer and Digital Marketing Technical Lead
We are looking for an elite senior-level WordPress developer who also has a strong understanding of digital marketing to join our digital marketing agency.
We want someone whose skills place them among the top 5% of WordPress developers. You must be able to solve complex development and digital marketing challenges, lead and train a development team, review other developers’ work, and create the systems we need to scale.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will still be expected to write code, troubleshoot difficult problems, and personally take ownership of important projects. We do not want a manager who is no longer involved in the work. We want a highly skilled developer who leads by example and makes the entire team better.
This is not simply a website-building position, and it is not for someone whose experience is limited to installing themes, plugins, or using page builders. We need a true development professional who understands how websites support SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, conversion tracking, and business growth.
You must understand both sides: how to build a website correctly and how that website fits into a complete digital marketing strategy.

- Occasional in-person meetings may be required
- Digital Marketing Agency Experience Is Required
You must have previous experience working for a digital marketing or website-development agency. You must be comfortable managing multiple client websites, priorities, deadlines, and requests at the same time.
You should understand the speed, communication, organization, and accountability required in an agency environment. Applicants without agency experience will not be considered.

- Experience working directly with SEO and paid-advertising teams
Who We’re Looking For
We need a true professional who thinks beyond completing assigned development tasks.
The right person will:
- Operate at an elite level in both WordPress development and digital marketing technology
- Lead by example and remain actively involved in development work
- Take complete ownership of projects
- Produce clean, dependable, high-level work
- Think about SEO, paid advertising, conversions, tracking, security, speed, and user experience

- Recommend better solutions when they see an opportunity
