Pay: $22.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Checon, LLC, a division of Alloy Holdings, is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Glens Falls, NY.
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
- Set up and operate extrusion press equipment
- Monitor production processes and product quality
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools and gauges
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform cutting, finishing, and basic equipment maintenance
- Move materials using cranes and forklifts
- Record production data
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work around high-temperature manufacturing equipment
- Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and major holidays off
