SUMMARY: Inside Sales Coordinator acts as a proactive partner to Account Managers and National Account Managers, owning day-to-day coordination of sales activities and customer transactions. This role manages the quote-order-lifecycle, ensures cross-functional alignment and drives efficiency and responsiveness across assigned accounts. Applies working knowledge across assigned business segments, which may include GSE, Conveyor, Non-Parcel, and other developing sales channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

Maintain CRM integrity to manage and maintain accurate customer, lead, opportunity, order information and customer deliverables.
Prepares and manages standard quotes and supports order entry processes with accuracy and completeness
Provides customer service in support of the sales process, including handling inquiries, proactive follow-up communication, and managing order status updates
Manage communications directly with customers regarding quotes, orders, timelines, and general requests
Coordinates with internal departments such as Production, Engineering, and Accounting to support order execution and delivery requirements
Monitors and maintains accurate ship dates and delivery expectations based on production schedules
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests and coordinating with Account Managers as needed
Participates in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting activities to support account visibility and performance tracking Supports lead management activities and follows up on inbound and assigned requests in coordination with Account Managers and other sales team members
Assists with qualifying new customers and supports setup activities with internal teams such as Accounting
Investigates and resolves standard customer and order-related issues independently, escalating more complex situations as needed
Maintains and supports sales tracking and reporting as requested by leadership
Applies working knowledge of processes related to assigned business segments, which may include GSE, Conveyor, Non-Parcel, and other developing areas
